Minister of Health in the Kurdistan region of Iraq visit Duhok

Dr.Tahr Hawrami, Minister of Health in the Kurdistan region of Iraq to conducted a visit to the Directorate General of Health in the province of Dohuk and met through Dr. Nizar Esmat Director General of Health thereafter the delegation went to Akre, where they met with Dr. Fadil Director of Health, who briefed the events in health institutions, especially in the Coughlan hospital looking at the conduct of health service delivery.
Then the delegation visited the Mayor of Akre Mr Jahoar where they discussed with him the struggles of the role of doctors that have been resolved through the construction of apartments for medical then headed the delegation to emergency hospital and informed closely at the services that are provided to the patients.

In a statement Dr. Taher Hawrami said: This visit to Akre within the program of the Ministry of Health to see close-up of the problems and constraints faced by health institutions and ways of resolving it and making needed plans for this in addition to the opening session of the nursing staff for training and registering them officially on the lists of DOH-Akre.
