Dohuk Health meet with civil society organizations

On 7th of feb.2012 a meeting was held in the conference room at the Directorate General of Health in Dohuk by Dr. Nizar Esmat Director General of Health in the province and presence of the civil society organizations lasted for threehours.

Dr.Bakhtiar Mustapha representative of of Directorate General of Health said in a statement:

The purpose of this meeting was to strengthen relations between the Directorate General of Health in the province of Dohuk and the civil society organizations and identify sections that should be subscribed and encourage community participation in development of health services and benefit from the services and a number of other doors and  tasks that  need cooperation, including personal hygiene and care of maternity and children and family health and non-transmitted diseases (diabetes, healthy food, blood, sports, mental health) and develop a mechanism for joint action and the appointment of joint ventures in the near future.
