A delegation from Rand Organization visits Directorate of Health in Duhok

 A delegation form American Rand Organization  visited DOH duhok and met with dr (Nizar Esmat) general director of health ,this meeting was attended by professor (Lee Hellborn) Assistant Director of WHO, Dr. (Melinda Moore) Researcher Advanced Global Health, and Dr. (Hishaar Moses), who in turn said:Rand organization have a good experience in the health system development and assess, this organization has several projects with Directorate of health in Dohuk for  protecting patients health and their transfer between hospitals.
