Duhok: Revival the World Heart Day

The Directorate General of Health Duhok has revived World Heart Day by the presence of Dr. Nizar Esmat Director General of Health Duhok with number of doctors and cadres of heart disease center. through the revival of this world day, Dr. Nizar said: "The objective of reviving this day for heart disease is to work to keep away from heart disease at a time of increased it."

He also gratitude and praised the role played by the medical staff of the Center for Heart in Duhok despite the increasing the proportion of patients.

Dr. Shaukat Miro, deputy director of the heart center has revealed surgeries Statistics of last the year was performed 152 surgeries of the heart, 1883 catheter operations was including seven deaths. In this year until the end of this September, it has been conducting 158 heart surgeries and 2695 catheters.
