Consideration must be given to the Promotion of Health Staff Capacity

      The Directorate General  of Prevention Health in Duhok governorate has underlined their working on a comprehensive programme to develop the capacity of the cadres of pregnant care units in the health centers.

Dr. Muna Ghanem, who is in head of Child and prenatal Care section, said: "We have organized an extended course for unit cadres to take care of pregnant women in health centers about maternal care after pregnancy. The aim of the course is to find scientific means to reduce the health problems facing the mother after birth, death, as well as reducing the rate of sudden or untimely death of newborns.
