The fifth conference of Directorate general of health- Dohuk 2008

This conference was done in 24 Jan.2009 in Dohuk Governorate under (health developing is our mended ) arm , the points subjected in this conference that Dohuk G. is coming in the first level of birth percentage according in comparison to other parts of Kurdistan region , in contrary the deaths indicator decrease in 2008 according to caparison the past years as(Dr. Abdulrahman Osman )his excellence minister of health in Kurdistan region mentioned : and his excellence said that insuring many health services to people in Dohuk Governorate , because of carrying out of the projects in 2008 and this is a good indicator it mean the health level in the way of development . The general director of health- Dohuk (Dr. Abdullah Saa'd Abdullah )mentioned during his presentation the D.G.O.H. 2008 budget was about (107.342.830.514 ) , there is 52 new projects (27) projects was finished while the other (25) under employment , the great problems that block our way is not having enough new hospitals and we in need to construction of 4 new hospitals , the main point mentioned in conference by (Dr. Abdullah Saa'd ) the health system in Kurdistan region is not in the level that we hope and this is need a many study and changes , the main reasons of this problem is decrease of un educational people and also the health staff is very limit , specially in the new burn hospital in Dohuk and Gulan H. in Akra . The conference deal with three panels (preventive , therapeutic and main health services ) these panels discussed by the focal point of the programs and hospitals , finally the conference ended by attendance suggestion , the D.G.O.H the five years plan and also honoring some doctors , administrative and medical staff in health facilities in Dohuk Governorate .
