World Hemophilia Dayin Duhok

20^th of April, 2013 is the world day of Hemophilia, whereas the Directorate General of Duhok Health Province revivals this world occasion,in cooperation with the Association of Hemophilia Kurdistan.

According to what  Dr. Nizar Esmat, Director General of the Directorate General of  Duhok Healthwas outlining the purpose of reviving this occasion, is a compilation of the competent authorities and the Association of hemophilia patients knowing  their health conditions, adding so to say: We are as a healthy patients with hemophilia recognize that all doors of hospitals, institutions and health centers are open for hemophilia patients to address the difficulties and pressures which they arefaced by health status.

Amin Haji Amin, the head branch of Dohuk Association hemophilia Kurdistan, said that in the recent years number of patients with Hemophilia was 20 patients while it is observed increasing in the number to 80 patients nowadays and 30% during each year only in Duhok Province.
Therefore, specialist medical center has been requested to open for Hemophilia disease by Directorate General of Duhok Health for the purpose of diagnosis and treatment of hemophilia and appoint specialized stuffs.
