Visitation Italian Consulate to the Directorate General of Duhok Health

On the occasion of tenure the new Consul for Italy and objective discussion of health services, the Italian consul (Carmelo Vekara)visited the Directorate of Duhok Health.

Dr. Nezar Ismat, the Director of Duhok Health mentioned that Italy Governmenthas served Duhok Province in the health sectors and the scientific fields for several years ago, and there are many authorities and health centers belong to them specialized  in the heart disease and blood fields, and as they accept Doctors delegations in the aim of continuing education in Italy. In addition, Dr.Nezar Ismat implored from the Italian Consul to cooperate with the directorate of health in the technical field, particularly in the field of design and reconstruction of healthy constitutions.

Mr. Carmelo Vekara assured their full support to send patients to Italy, and agreed with the Directorate of Duhok Health for making all efforts so that patients could receive their visas from Erbil rather than Baghdad.
