Mark the International Day for Struggle the Cancer in Duhok

At the Duhok Health, the General Directorate of Duhok Health revival the World Day for struggle the Cancer Disease for the purpose of educating the community to be warned of the cancer disease, and help the people who have this disease, where a number of Kurdistan and Iraq parliament members had attended this ceremony with the mayor of Duhok .

Dr. Nezar Ismat, the General Director of Duhok Health had declared through his speech the statistics of this disease, saying :During  2013 were registered 498 new patients and 51 children were treated, as well as 267 people had dead.

The statistics of 2013 indicated that the Duhok Health has allocated about 11 billion dinars for people to cancer patient, including the distribution of 880 million dinars in aid to patients, so according to these statistics the number of infected people had on increasing during 2013 compared to 2012.
