opening of intensive care department at Hivi Children's Hospital

At a press conference, General Directorate of Duhok Health has denoted opening a intensive care at Hivi hospital by attended the representative of Duhok governor and representative of global health organizations the Italian Consul, Director General of Duhok Health Dr. Nizar Esmet has denoted set up field hospitals on the battlefield in the near future.
as well as added that the opening of intensive care department in Hivi Children's Hospital came in cooperation with Italy government and the World Health organization's where they were to spend of 303 000 US dollars, with direct support from the World Health Organization.
Dr. Nizar also noted on the plan lies between the Ministry of Health with the Ministry of Peshmerga for the establishment of a military hospital in Duhok in cooperation with the organization Doctors without Borders,  in order of providing more services to the Peshmerga forces, noting that the project was close to completion.
