Control on Diseases in Dumez Camp, by cooperation World Health Organization with Duhok Health.

Duhok Health decided in coordination with the World Health Organization to establish workshops for doctors from Duhok, Sulaymani and Arbil factions and for disease control  in the camp after 4 days.

Faculty of Medical Sciences, Dr. Jeger Abdullah, outlined the aim of this work is to diseases control and emergency situations. In spite of currently control, some cases requires cautions occurrence to preserve the people’s lives.

Dr. Sivel, from the World Health Organization, Diseases Section, elucidated that the immigrants were heading towards Lebanon, Jordan and Iraq. Despite of the low proportion of immigrants to Iraq, remains as a responsibility on the Duhok Health.

As it is known, the life in the camps is inferior in terms of  place of living, which is being an  assistant to spread the diseases between the immigrants.

Therefore, it requires from the participations in this workshop to be gynecologists to control on the diseases and emergency situations in case of occurrence.
