20^th of April, 2013 is the world day of Hemophilia, whereas the Directorate General of Duhok Health Province revivals this world occasion,in cooperation with the Association of Hemophilia Kurdistan.

The Iraqi Ministry of Health in cooperation with the Ministry of Health in the Kurdistan Region and the World Health Organization held a workshop to develop the Mental Health for four days.

In response to the news of cholera cases in Kirkuk and Suleimanyiah Governorate, DGOH-Duhok take the following action:

 A delegation of students from Germany and Austria accompanied by members of Kurdistan Student Union visited Directorate General of Health in Duhok.

The delegation has been greeted by Dr. Nizar Esmat Director General of Health and Dr. Hishaar Moses Director of Planning Department who pressed:

DOH Duhok aim to prepare an integrated health system (IHS) in  the PHARMACY DEPARTMENT and Medical Equipment unit in Duhok. The IHS is an Electronic system which integrates all components of a work flow  into one coherent system so as to enable the achievement of the purpose and mission of the vision of DOH in serving the community around.
